“ I was so excited to see Donato’s coming to Fort Mill! I don’t know what happened to all of the other ones - there were several in the area that closed. The pizza was amazing as always and we also tried the calzone. My only negative was there was a lot of sauce on our pizza, but it was good, so it wasn’t terrible. I can’t wait to go back! ”
“ Stopped in with family. We ordered a large 1/2 Hot Chicken, 1/2 Chicken, Spinach, Mozzarella, and a Donato's Pilsner (beer). We decided to eat at the restaurant. CJ took our order and helped us decide on the right size. I asked her about some of the flavors, and she gladly helped us with that as well. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the place felt cozy. We enjoyed our pizza and caught some of the Browns game on one of the TV's. John (the chef) even came out to check on us. Overall, it really was a top-notch experience! We'll make this our regular weekend pizza spot. ”
“ We had a great dine-in experience. At first, I thought the theme and vibe was more upscale than the branded paper plates and 20oz bottle drinks. But, everyone was friendly. Pizza came out hot and cooked perfectly, and didn’t scald the roof of my mouth on the first bite.... Which is a plus. I devoured a “hot honey pepperoni” and also tried “the works” both on thin crust, with an Asiago cheese bread. I’d love to see a fountain drink station, but I’ll be back anyway. ”
“ I was so happy when I heard a Donatos was coming back to the area. There was one in Rock Hill years ago. I grew up in central Ohio and I love this style of pizza. Donatos didn’t disappoint! I had their hot honey pepperoni and it was amazing. 5 stars for pizza, 5 for the service, and 4 for the atmosphere...the place is a little small. I will be back....a lot!!!!!! ”

“ Wow..... just wow. Long story short, i ordered pizza because I was having wine with a girlfriend catching up. About an hour into our conversation, I realized the pizza hasn't shown up. I look at my phone to check the status and see a couple missed texts. One of the missed text said the driver had handed me the pizza. The pizza had been sitting in 37 degree weather for 20-30 minutes. No door bell, knock, smoke signal, pigeon, telegram.... I realize a cold pizza doesn't seem like a big deal. But it is and it was. I called the store to see if I had delivery directions on my account indicating to leaving it without notifying me, and there wasn't. The manager John , was kind, curtious, thoughtful, funny and alleviated the situation. I am beyond words. He was a bright spot in a very tough month. Side note: the pizza was amazing even after reheating in the oven! 10/10 recommend ”
